Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a licensed cosmetologist with a passion for blonding, dimensional color, and classic haircuts. I love tailoring each appointment to what you need, and I always take the time to listen, so you leave feeling confident, relaxed, and totally yourself.

Becoming a hairstylist has been a dream of mine since I was little. After trying out a few other paths, including time in a welding program, I realized my heart was really in cosmetology. I’m so excited to be growing my career here at Olive & Ivy Hair Co., surrounded by such a supportive and welcoming team.

Originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, I spend my free time up north with family and friends, traveling with my two dogs (Lincoln and Schultz), or out hunting and fishing when the seasons allow. I’m outgoing, hardworking, and I truly love connecting with every client who sits in my chair, whether you're in the mood to chat or just unwind.

I value and respect the time of each of my clients. When an appointment is scheduled, it reserves a specific time slot exclusively for you. In order to maintain a smooth operation and accommodate the needs of all my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.

2. Late Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling occurring within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged.

3. No-Show Policy:In the event that a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification, a no-show fee of 100% of the service booked will be charged. 

4. Fee Payment: To ensure continued service, the cancellation fee must be settled prior to booking any future appointments.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances or emergencies can arise, and I am committed to working with you to find a suitable solution whenever possible. However, please understand that the cancellation fee is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated to your appointment.
