I spent years behind the chair, dreaming about what the perfect salon experience should feel like, and today, that dream is a reality.

At Olive & Ivy Hair Co., my goal is simple: to create an environment where you can unwind, feel heard, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

I moved to Appleton in 2014, shortly after getting married, and it quickly became home. I love that it offers the perfect mix of big-city energy with a small-town feel. Now living in Little Chute, my family and I spend our days making memories—whether it’s camping, bike rides, or cozy winter crafts. Faith, family, and passion are at the core of everything I do, and I feel incredibly blessed to build both my life and career in a community I love.

As a stylist and educator, my goal is to create more than just great hair—I want every guest in my chair to feel relaxed, confident, and truly taken care of. From personalized consultations to a stress-melting scalp massage, every appointment is designed as an experience just for you. I love sharing my artistry while helping others feel beautiful, and I’m grateful for every person who trusts me with their hair. I can’t wait to welcome you into my space!

BEYOND THE SALOn

I value and respect the time of each of my clients. When an appointment is scheduled, it reserves a specific time slot exclusively for you. In order to maintain a smooth operation and accommodate the needs of all my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.

2. Late Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling occurring within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged.

3. No-Show Policy:In the event that a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification, a no-show fee of 100% of the service booked will be charged. 

4. Fee Payment: To ensure continued service, the cancellation fee must be settled prior to booking any future appointments.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances or emergencies can arise, and I am committed to working with you to find a suitable solution whenever possible. However, please understand that the cancellation fee is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated to your appointment.
