When I'm not at the salon, you'll usually find me spending time with my two dogs or with the people I love most. My faith is a big part of who I am and has taught me the importance of kindness, serving others, and building genuine connections. I value and respect the time of each of my clients. When an appointment is scheduled, it reserves a specific time slot exclusively for you. In order to maintain a smooth operation and accommodate the needs of all my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.
2. Late Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling occurring within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged.
3. No-Show Policy:In the event that a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification, a no-show fee of 100% of the service booked will be charged.
4. Fee Payment: To ensure continued service, the cancellation fee must be settled prior to booking any future appointments.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances or emergencies can arise, and I am committed to working with you to find a suitable solution whenever possible. However, please understand that the cancellation fee is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated to your appointment.
